Cancellation Policy
Host Cancellation
If a host (coach, club, or guide) cancels a confirmed event or session, all paid attendees receive a full refund. Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The cancellation will be noted on the host's profile. Repeated cancellations may result in reduced visibility or suspension from the platform.
Traveller Cancellation
More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund to your original payment method.
Within 48 hours of the event: No refund. The booking is non-refundable once within the 48-hour window.

Payout Timing
Host payouts are held for 48 hours after the event ends (to allow for dispute resolution). After the hold period, earnings become available to request via your portal. Manual transfer takes up to 5 working days.
Disputes
If you have a dispute about a booking or refund, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the event. The Padel Atlas will mediate and may issue refunds at its discretion.
Atlas Cancellation
In the rare event that The Padel Atlas must cancel a booking (e.g. due to platform issues), all affected attendees will receive a full refund plus a platform credit for a future booking.
